If you would like to make a return you must make contact with Arabella Ramsay within 14 days from the date of purchase. Items must be in their original condition with original tags attached. If the item has been worn we cannot offer a refund, exchange or credit note.

Please notify a team member at info@arabellaramsay.com that you will be making a return and wait for a RA number (return authorization number) before sending your item. You must fill out an Online Returns as that states the reason for making your return.

    1. RA number 

    2. Online return form 

    3. Original receipt that came with your purchase
