We offer an extremely efficient FREE standard delivery service (2 - 4 days). An express service is available for a flat rate of $10 (1-2 days), please place your order before 2:00pm AEST.

If your order is placed after 2:00pm AEST, it will be dispatched the following business day. If your order is placed over the weekend, it will be dispatched on the Monday. Please allow an extra 24 hours processing time on public holidays and peak sales periods.
What if I am not home to receive my delivery? ⌄˰
If no one is at your specified shipping address the courier will leave instructions for your to collect or organise a re delivery of your package. Please leave a note in your order if you give permission for the parcel to be left in a safe place. We recommend your parcel be sent to an address where there will be someone to receive it between 9am - 5pm.
Can I collect my order in store? ⌄˰
You can select pick up in store at checkout. Please leave a note at the checkout to confirm this. You can also place orders my emailing email@example.com or calling 03 9822 8229.
How do I track my order? ⌄˰

How much is international Shipping? ⌄˰
RYDER offers FREE international delivery on all orders over $200. For orders under $200, the cost depends on your location.
How can I track my order? ⌄˰
RYDER delivers all international orders using DHL and a tracking number will be provided at the time of dispatch.
How long will my delivery take? ⌄˰
International orders will have an approximate delivery time frame of 3-10 business days, depending upon your location. When international orders reach your destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
Will I have to pay any taxes? ⌄˰
Please note: Ryder unfortunately cannot be held responsible for any possible duties and taxes which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is made. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer. Please contact your local customs offices if you would like to seek more information regarding taxes and duties. We also unfortunately cannot mark any international order as a 'gift', due to law prohibitions.

To help you find something you love, we offer you a completely risk-free 7 day return policy. Provided the item is not worn, altered or washed and is still with its original packaging we provide a full refund.
Can I return a sale item? ⌄˰
Sale items are eligible for size exchange when possible or return for a credit note that can be used in store and online. Sale items are not eligible for a refund.
How do I return my order? ⌄˰
Contact firstname.lastname@example.org to request a Return Authorisation Number (RA#)- please include the reason for your return. Place the item in it's original packaging along with the receipt, attach the RA# and send it back to us by your preferred method. We will notify you by email once your return has been received and processed! Please allow 5 - 10 business days for your refund to appear in your account due to varying payment method processing times. Refunds will be issued by the same method as to which the item was paid.
