How much is shipping?
We offer an extremely efficient FREE standard delivery service (2 - 7 days) on all orders. An express service is available for a flat rate of $10 (1-2 day delivery to all major cities in Australia), please place your order before 2:00 pm AEST.
How long will my order take?
Standard Delivery: Once your order has been packed, shipment will take 2-7 days delivery to all major cities in Australia.
Express Delivery: Once your order has been packed, delivery will take 1-2 days to all major cities in Australia.
Your order will be dispatched in the next 24 - 48 hours after you have placed your order. Please allow an extra 48 hours processing time on public holidays and peak sales periods.
Please allow additional time due to Covid-19.
What if I am not home to receive my delivery?
If no one is at your specified shipping address the courier will leave instructions for your to collect or organise redelivery of your package. Please leave a note in your order if you give permission for the parcel to be left in a safe place. We recommend your parcel be sent to an address where there will be someone to receive it between 9am - 5pm.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email containing your tracking number which will allow you to see how close you are to receiving your package. If you require any further assistance please email email@example.com.
What countries do you ship to?
We deliver to most countries. If your country is not available when using our checkout please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for further options.
How much is international Shipping?
RYDER offers FREE international delivery on all orders over $100. For orders under $100, the cost depends on your location.
How can I track my order?
RYDER delivers all international orders using DHL and a tracking number will be provided at the time of dispatch.
How long will my delivery take?
International orders will have an approximate delivery time frame of 3-10 business days, depending on your location. When international orders reach your destination country, they may be subject to customs clearance procedures which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
Will I have to pay any taxes?
Please note: Ryder, unfortunately, cannot be held responsible for any possible duties and taxes which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is made. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer. Please contact your local customs offices if you would like to seek more information regarding taxes and duties. We also, unfortunately, cannot mark any international order as a 'gift', due to legal prohibitions.
Please enjoy trying on your new pieces in the comfort of your own home. If it isn’t quite right you’re welcome to return it within 14 days of receiving your order. Provided the item is not worn, altered or washed and is still with its original packaging we will provide a full refund or a credit note. Conditions apply.
Returning Sale Items
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for sale items, or items purchased with a discount code (excluding the 10% off for first time subscribers). We do offer credit notes for sale items.
How do I return my order?
Please email email@example.com to request a Return Authorisation Number (RA#) please include the reason for your return. Place the item in its original packaging along with the receipt, attach the RA# and send it back to us by your preferred method. We will notify you by email once your return has been received and processed. Please allow 5 - 10 business days for your refund to appear in your account due to varying payment method processing times. Refunds will be issued by the same method as to which the item was paid.
If you wish to swap your purchase for a different style or size, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to receive an RA number and then repurchase your preferred item. We will process a refund to your original payment method or credit voucher for you once your return has been received and quality controlled by our returns team.
